Heydy Garcia didn't just build an academy. She built the standard the lash industry now measures itself against.

With over 16 years in the beauty industry, Heydy is one of the most respected international leaders in lash extensions, specialized education, and professional development. She is licensed in the State of Florida (USA) as a Full Facial Specialist and Certified Esthetician, and is recognized as a pioneer in building structured educational systems with rigorous standards and protocols for lash artists and trainers worldwide.

In 2020, she founded Master Lashing Academy in Florida, USA, now globally recognized for academic excellence, having trained thousands of students across multiple countries. Her signature innovation, the MasterLite Lash Method, has redefined the standard of lash application and elevated the results her students deliver.
